The a minutes of the meeting held on 8th October 2009 were agreed and signed by the Chairman as a correct record after being amended to add the following declaration of interest:-
‘Councillor Lynne Allen declared a personal interest on Item 6 – Safety at Sports Grounds – Update, as a member of the Licensing Committee and remained in the meeting whilst the item was discussed.’
