Minutes: This was an application for the grant of a Premises License for the sale of alcohol, regulated entertainment, late night refreshment. The provision of regulated entertainment includes provision of recorded music, performance of dance and anything of a similar description and provision for facilities for making music, dancing and anything of a similar description at Lunetta, Field End Road, Eastcote.
The Sub-Committee had considered all the relevant evidence made available to it and in doing so has taken into account the Licensing Act 2003, the Guidance issued by the Secretary of State under Section 182 of the Act , the Council’s Statement of Licensing Policy and Licensing objectives.
The Sub-Committee decided that on the balance of probabilities to grant the application.
RESOLVED
That the premises Licence for Lunetta was granted subject to the following conditions:-
1. The application for live music is rejected; 2. The application for recorded music is granted as applied for; 3. The application for the sale of alcohol is granted as applied for; 4. The application related to the terminal hours of the premises are granted as applied for; 5. Non standard timings for the playing of recorded music on relevant days until 00:30 the following morning have been granted for Boxing Day, New Years Eve, Valentines Day and Mothers Day; 6. The premises shall not be used for any licensable activity, until suitable sound insulation is installed to the satisfaction and approval of Hillingdon Council's Environmental Protection Unit.
