Public Speaking - following Government advice to avoid all but essential travel and to practice social distancing, the Council is temporarily suspending public speaking at Planning Committee Meetings during the coronavirus pandemic. Written representations will be invited and read out in lieu, as part of our established petitions process.

Hillingdon has two area-based planning committees where elected Councillors make decisions on some of the larger, more controversial or complex planning applications, including any application with a valid petition. The two committees meet in public every three or so weeks to make planning decisions.

This Committee covers the Central and South area of the Borough, including Hayes and Harlington, Heathrow and Uxbridge.
