• Councillor David Payne - Prejudicial - Councillor David Payne declared a prejudicial interest in items 6, 7, 8 and 9 –RAF Eastcote, Lime Grove, Ruislip by virtue of having been involved as a Ward Councillor of the application site. Councillor Payne withdrew from the room and did not take part in the decision of the applications.
