Term: 3 years (15.5 An appointed Governor may hold office for a period of up to 3 years and shall be eligible for re-appointment at the end of that period. If an appointed Governor has held office for 6 consecutive years, further re-appointment(s) may be for up to 1 year only.)

Meetings are held 4 times each year and usually rotate between the two sites: Harefield and Royal Brompton.  Although the day and time vary, the meetings are usually held during the day.
