Assessment of Complaint Minutes: The Sub-Committee met to consider a complaint by Mr Martin Chalk that Councillor Ray Puddifoot had contravened one or more provisions of the Members’ Code of Conduct which he had undertaken in writing to observe.
In relation to the complaint the Sub-Committee satisfied themselves that, if proven, the allegation against Councillor Puddifoot would not constitute a breach of the Code.
RESOLVED: That no further action be taken in relation to the complaint against Councillor Puddifoot.
