Application for a Person Licence Additional documents:
Minutes: The Licensing officer introduced the report relating to an application for a Personal Licence under Part 6, section 117 of the Licensing Act 2003 by Mr SS.
Decision
The Sub-Committee considered this application. In reaching its decision, the Sub-Committee took account of the relevant provision of the Licensing Act 2003, the Secretary of State’s Guidance issued under the Act and the Council’s Statement of Licensing Policy. The Sub-Committee also took into account its overriding duty to promote the prevention of crime and disorder objective. In doing so, the Sub-Committee decided to reject the application.

Application to vary Club Premises Certificate Additional documents:
Minutes: The Licensing Officer introduced the report in respect of an application to vary a Club Premises Certificate for Ickenham Cricket Club, Oak Avenue, Ickenham.
Letters of representation in respect of the application had been received from 9 residents under the Prevention of Nuisance Licensing objectives.
A discussion was held between all parties and the Sub-Committee to clarify what amendments were required to the licence. In summary the amendments required were as follows:
For the provision of live music, recorded music, supply of alcohol and hours open to the members:
Sunday to Thursday: 11:00 - 23:00 hours Friday - Saturday: 12:00 to 24:00 hours.
DECISION The Sub-Committee having considered all the relevant representations made available to it and in doing so had taken into account the Licensing Act 2003, the Guidance issued by the Secretary of State under Section 182 of that Act, the Council’s Statement of Licensing Policy and the Licensing objectives. The Licensing Sub-Committee decided to grant the application to vary the Club Premises Certificate for the Ickenham Cricket Club. The hours were to be as follows:
· Sunday to Thursday: 11:00 - 23:00 hours · Friday - Saturday: 12:00 to 24:00 hours these hours will apply to the provision of live music, recorded music, supply of alcohol and hours open to the members.
In addition the Committee determined to add an additional condition to the club premises certificate as follows: ‘The Committee of the Ickenham Cricket Club shall convene regular resident liaison meetings to discuss any residents concerns’.
