Officers introduced the report, and provided an overview of the application.
Members enquired whether the cycle storage indicated was lockable, which officers confirmed that it was. A further question asked officers to confirm the changes to the application maintained a reasonable width of access, and Members were satisfied that the 1.5 metre gap was sufficient.
The officer recommendation for approval was moved, seconded, and upon being put to a vote was unanimously agreed.
