Decision: This item was deferred. Minutes: Officers introduced the report and noted the addendum. The previous reason for refusal, a cramped site and parking concerns, had been overcome in this application.
Prior to the opportunity for petitioners to speak, the Chairman commented that he was concerned about the placement of windows marked on plans and potential overlooking of a neighbour. It was suggested that the item should be deferred for a site visit to allow accurate measurements to be taken and to allow the applicant to answer questions.
A motion for deferral was moved, seconded and, upon being put to a vote was unanimously agreed.
