Minutes:

Officers introduced the report and provided an overview of the application. Planning permission was granted in 2013 which is currently being built. The current application seeks permission for a Part two storey, part single storey side/rear extension, first floor side extension, front canopy and alterations to front elevations involving demolition of existing rear elements.

 

A motion for the officer's recommendation was moved, seconded, and upon being put to a vote was unanimously agreed.

The application was refused as per the officer's recommendation.
