77.	124A Field End Road, Eastcote - 72371/APP/2016/4200 PDF 410 KB Change of use from Use Class A1 (Shops) to Use Class D1 (Non-residential institution) for use as a nursery Recommendation: Refusal Decision: RESOLVED – That the application be refused as per officer’s recommendation. Minutes: Officers introduced the report and provided an overview of the application. Planning permission was sought for the change of use from use class A1 (shops) to Use Class D1 (non-residential institution) for use as a nursery. Officers highlighted the addendum and made a recommendation for refusal. The officer's recommendation was moved, seconded and, when put to a vote, unanimously agreed. RESOLVED – That the application be refused as per officer’s recommendation.
