Minutes:

Councillor John Riley sent his apologies for the meeting and Councillor Judith

Cooper substituted on his behalf.

Declarations of Interest in Matters coming before this meeting

Minutes:

Councillor Peter Curling declared a non-pecuniary interest in a Cabinet decision as a Hillingdon Member of Hillingdon Hospital Radio and remained in the room during discussion on the item.

 

Councillor Peter Curling declared a non-pecuniary interest in a Cabinet decision as a Trustee of HART and remained in the room during discussion on the item.

 

Mr Tony Little declared a non-pecuniary interest as a School Governor in a Cabinet decision and remained in the room during discussion on the item.

 

Councillor Henry Higgins declared a non-pecuniary interest as a Trustee of HOAC in relation to a Cabinet decision and remained in the room during discussion on the item.

 

Councillor Judith Cooper declared a non-pecuniary interest in a Cabinet decisiondue to a family member being a volunteer with Healing Gardens, Groundwork Southern and remained in the room during the discussion and vote on the item.

 

Councillor Judith Cooper declared a non-pecuniary interest in a Cabinet decisiondue to being a member of Uxbridge Forward and remained in the room during the discussion and vote on the item.

The minutes were agreed as an accurate record.

To confirm that the items of business marked Part I will be considered in public and that the items marked Part II will be considered in private.

Items were agreed to be considered in public and private as per their status on the Cabinet agenda.

Members should bring their Cabinet agenda to the meeting.

The purpose of this meeting is to decide whether to refer back any decision to the decision maker.

Minutes:

Members gave consideration to the Cabinet reports of 19 December 2013 and after careful consideration Members decided not to call-in any decision and endorsed all decisions made by the Cabinet at their meeting, held earlier in the evening.

 

RESOLVED –

 

That the decisions made by the Cabinet at their meeting on 19 December 2013 be endorsed and that no call-in be made of any decision.

 

The meeting ended at 8pm.
