Declarations of Interest in Matters coming before this meeting

Minutes:

Councillor Henry Higgins declared a non pecuniary interest as a Trustee of the Hillingdon Outdoors Activity Centre, in relation to item 7 on the Cabinet agenda the same night. Councillor Higgins remained in the room during the discussion on the item, which was not subject to call-in.

The minutes of the meeting on 17 November 2016 were agreed as a correct record.

Items were agreed to be considered in public and private as per their status on the Cabinet agenda and Cabinet's decisions on the night.

To hear the Call-In of any decisions made at the Cabinet meeting prior to this meeting or made by Cabinet Members, other Council Committees or a delegated officer and published within five working days of this meeting.

 

Members should bring their Cabinet agenda to the meeting.

 

Members should consider any other decision published in the five working days before this meeting.

 

The purpose of this meeting is to decide whether to refer back any decision to the decision maker.

Minutes:

Members gave consideration to the Cabinet reports of 15 December 2016and noted that matters in relation to the Council's Budget and Voluntary Sector Grants could not be subject to call-in as they form part of the policy framework of the Council and would be referred to Policy Overview Committees in January for consultation. After careful consideration of the remaining matters, the Committee decided not to call-in any decision made by the Cabinet at their meeting, held earlier in the evening.

 

RESOLVED: – That the decisions made by the Cabinet at their meeting on 15 November 2016 be endorsed and that no call-in be made of any decision.
