There had been no items notified as urgent.

The Sub-Committee considered an application for a Temporary Street Trading Licences for Station Road, Hayes and High Street, Uxbridge.  Officers advised the committee that all the required documentation had been received and was satisfactory.

Resolved –

That a Temporary Pitch Licence for the Automobile Association be approved for the following locations and dates.

1.                  24^th – 26^th March 2011 in High Street, Uxbridge

2.                  15^th – 16^thApril 2011 in Station Road, Hayes

3.                  12^th – 14^th May 2011 in High Street, Uxbridge

4.                  10^th – 11^th June 2011 in Station Road, Hayes

The Sub-Committee considered applications for renewal of Temporary Street Trading Licences for premises in Hayes and Ruislip Manor.  Officers advised the committee that all the required documentation had been received and was satisfactory.

Resolved -

That temporary Street Trading Licences be renewed for the period of 6 months to the premises listed below:

The Sub-Committee considered applications for the renewal of Temporary Street Trading Licences for tables & chairs for Nando’s, Uxbridge and Sweeney’s, Ruislip.  Officers advised the sub-committee that all the required documentation had been received and was satisfactory.

Resolved

That the applications for the Renewal of Temporary Tables and Chairs Licences be granted for the period of six months to the premises listed below.
