8.	Declarations of Interest in matters coming before this meeting Minutes: Cllr Judy Kelly declared a personal interest in Item 5 – Application for temporary tables and chairs street trading license as she knew the applicant. Cllr Kelly stayed in the room to discuss the application and voted on the application.
9.	To confirm that items marked Part 1 will be considered in public and items marked Part 2 would be considered in private.
10.	New Temporary Licence Application - Pitch PDF 54 KB Minutes: The Licensing Service has received and processed an application for a new temporary street trading licence pitch for a six month period. DECISION: The Committee APPROVED the issue of the temporary Street Trading Licence – (Pitch) for the reported trader for a period of 6 months from the date of the meeting.
11.	New Temporary Tables & Chairs Report PDF 54 KB View the declarations of interest for item 11. Minutes: The Licensing Service had processed the new application for a licence. Having considered the application and documentation, the Licensing Service suggested that it would be appropriate to issue temporary tables & chairs street trading licence for the trader. DECISION: The Committee APPROVED the temporary tables & chairsstreet trading licenceof the reported traders issued for a period of 6 months .
12.	Permanent Street Trading Licence Renewal - Pitch PDF 53 KB Minutes: The Licensing Service had received and processed application for the renewal of permanent Street Trading pitch licence for the period from 1^st April 2011 to 31^st March 2012. DECISION: The Committee APPROVED the renewal of the permanent Street Trading Pitch Licences for each reported for a period of 1 year from 1^st April 2011.
13.	Temporary Licence Renewal - Pitch PDF 54 KB Minutes: The Licensing Service had received and processed an application for the renewal of a temporary street trading licence - Pitch for a six month period. DECISION: The Committee APPROVED the renewal of the temporary Street Trading Licence – (Pitch) for the reported trader for a period of 6 months from the date of the meeting.
14.	Temporary Street Trading Licence Renewal-Tables&Chairs PDF 57 KB Minutes: The Licensing Service had received and processed applications for the renewal of temporary street trading licences - tables & chairs for a six month period from the date of the meeting. DECISION: The Committee APPROVED the renewal of the temporary Street Trading Licences – Tables & Chairs for each reported trader for a period of 6 months the date of the meeting
15.	Temporary Street Trading Licence Shop Front Renewal PDF 61 KB Minutes: The Licensing Service had received and processed applications for the renewal of a temporary street trading licence – (Shop Front) for a six month period. DECISION: The Committee APPROVED the renewal of the temporary Street Trading Licences – (Shop Front) for the reported traders identified in Appendix 1 for a period of 6 months from the date of the meeting.
