Application for a New Gambling Premises Licence Additional documents:
Minutes: The Sub-Committee considered the application from the applicants in respect of a new Premises Licence for a Betting premises at 35 Coldharbour Lane, Hayes. Officers advised that the application was advertised in accordance with the standard procedures required by the Gambling Act 2005 by way of an advertisement in the local paper and the display of a notice in at the premises for the required 28 day consultation period. The application was also posted on the council’s website. All the required documents had been received and were satisfactory.
