Resolved –

That the temporary shop front street trading
licences of each reported trader identified in the report be
renewed for a period of 6 months;

That the temporary tables & chairs street
trading licences of each reported trader identified in the report
be renewed for a period of 6 months;

That the Temporary Pitch Licence of the reported
trader identified in the report be renewed for a period of 6
months;

That temporary pitch street trading licences of
the reported trader identified in the report be issued for two
periods of two days being the 09-10 October 2010 & 05-06
November 2010;

street trading licences, as the required documentation (listed in
the report) and licence fees had been supplied by the date of the
