There were no Declarations of Interest

The Sub-Committee met to consider two complaints made by Mrs Harinderjit Jarrett that Councillors Beulah East and Peter Kemp had contravened one or more provisions of the Members’ Code of Conduct which they had undertaken in writing to observe.

In relation to the complaints the Sub-Committee satisfied themselves that, if proven the allegations against Councillors East and Kemp would not constitute a breach of the Code.

RESOLVED: That no further action be taken in relation to the complaints against Councillors East and Kemp.
