There were no declarations of interest

The Sub-Committee met to consider a complaint made by Miss Suzanne Morris that Councillor John Major had contravened one or more provisions of the Members’ Code of Conduct which he had undertaken in writing to observe.

In relation to the complaint the Sub-Committee satisfied themselves that, if proven the allegation against Councillor Major would not constitute a breach of the Code.

RESOLVED: That no further action be taken in relation to the complaint against Councillor Major.
