5.	Major Reviews 2015/16 - Draft Report PDF 60 KB Additional documents: PRS - 12.2.2016 , item 5. PDF 364 KB Minutes: Officers introduced the draft final report and explained this summarised the findings of the witness sessions which had been held between July 2015 and November 2015. Subject to a minor amendment, the report and recommendations were agreed. Resolved - 1. That the report be amended to include the phrase: "...and *an opportunity for Officers to investigate the viability of conducting further localised research, including using sample questionnaires".* 2. That subject to the change above, the report and recommendations be agreed. 3. That the report be considered at 17 March 2016 Cabinet.
6.	Second Review 2015/16 - Supporting information - to follow Minutes: The Director of Public Health introduced the scoping report. This provided a brief overview of the topic, highlighted its importance and outlined what steps the Council were currently taking to prevent stroke. The Director of Public Health suggested a number of internal and external witnesses for the review and agreed to confirm their contact details outside the meeting. Members asked officers to arrange a meeting with stroke sufferers in an informal setting as part of the review. Resolved - That the report be noted That the Committee examine Stroke, focusing on prevention at the March and April 2016 meetings. That Officers be requested to invite suitable witnesses to both meetings.
7.	Forward Plan PDF 43 KB Additional documents: Forward Plan - Feb 2016 - Decision Forward List , item 7. PDF 56 KB Minutes: The Committee considered the latest version of the Forward Plan. Resolved – That the report be noted.
8.	Work Programme PDF 66 KB Minutes: Reference was made to the work programme and timetable of meetings. Resolved The Committee noted the Work Programme 2015/16.
