Resident Parking on Norwich Road

We the undersigned petition Hillingdon Council to issue a resident parking permit for the residents of Norwich Road.

Parking is an issue on Norwich Road.

Due to its location, near to the shops, it has two bus stops, one nursery and is opposite a farm; because of this we are having problems finding a place to park our vehicle near to the house.

I am a busy mum with kids at school, taking out shopping from car is most inconvenient when my four-year old is asleep.

Also, working as a doctor and GP in NHS with shift work can making parking at odd hours difficult.

I have discussed this with the people who live around the area. Our neighbours also have the same problem and are happy to support this.

I called and discussed this with Hillingdon Council and so, after a lot of consideration and contemplation, I have decided to put forward this e-petition in view of "placing residents first".

I hope you will be able to consider my request and follow suite.

On reaching 20 signatures it will be formally considered by the Council and relevant Cabinet Member. Local ward Councillors will also be made aware of the petition. The Council's Democratic Services Team will keep the lead petitioner updated on progress.

This ePetition ran from 09/08/2017 to 10/11/2017 and has now finished.
