Objection to Planning Application ref: 75553/APP/2020/1357 - To erect a new property on land between 10 & 11 Kent Close & 5 Fairlight Drive, Uxbridge

We the undersigned petition Hillingdon Council to Reject & fully dismiss this Planning Application.

We request the refusal of the Planning application for the following reasons:

1) The site is communally maintained as part of amenity lands for the benefit of residents of Kent Close and Fairlight Drive;
2) The siting of the proposed house would cause a severe loss of light and aspect to the adjacent houses & also a vast reduction of privacy;
3) The loss of parking spaces to Fairlight Drive residents;
4) To build the proposed house, the Tree Preservation Order cedar tree would probably be severely impacted because of the 3+ metre difference in levels, and the needs of future occupiers to have an adequate living environment; and,
5) No emergency vehicle access.

On reaching 20 signatures it may be considered in conjunction with the relevant live planning application at an upcoming Committee meeting. The Council's Democratic Services Team will be in touch with the lead petitioner to advise and take this petition forward accordingly.
