Objection to 4 new flats to the rear of 93 to 107 Field End Road

We the undersigned petition Hillingdon Council to refuse planning application 73453/APP/2018/2876 which relates to the building of 4 new flats to the rear of 93-107 Field End Road

We are objecting to this planning application as we contend that the site is not suitable for residential development and will not provide acceptable accommodation for the users of the new units. Furthermore, it will compromise the accommodation for the occupiers of the existing residential units, onto which the new units would back. In addition, there would be parking and security issues for all residential and retail users within the wider boundary area.

On reaching 20 signatures it may be considered in conjunction with the relevant live planning application at an upcoming Committee meeting. The Council's Democratic Services Team will be in touch with the lead petitioner to advise and take this petition forward accordingly.
