• Councillor Duncan Flynn - Non Pecuniary - Councillor Flynn declared a non-pecuniary interest in respect of item 10 – Northwood Health & Racquet Club, in that he was a member of the David Lloyd club in question. Councillor Flynn left the room when the item was considered.
• Councillor Steve Tuckwell MP - Non Pecuniary - Councillor Tuckwell declared a non-pecuniary interest in respect of item 10 – Northwood Health & Racquet Club, as he was a member of the David Lloyd club, but not at the location in question. Councillor Tuckwell remained in the room and deliberated on the item.
