• Councillor Carol Melvin BSc (Hons) - Non Pecuniary - Councillor Melvin declared a non-pecuniary interest in respect of Item 6, in that she had been involved with a previous planning application at the site in question. Cllr Melvin would remain in the meeting, but would take no part in the discussion or vote.
