• Councillor Anita MacDonald - Personal and Prejudicial - Councillor Anita MacDonald declared a Personal and Prejudicial Interest in Cabinet Agenda Item 8 – The Council’s Budget: General Fund Revenue Budget and Capital Programme 2011/12 as her family members and herself have links with Hillingdon Music Service. She withdrew from the room and did not take part in discussions on the item.
• Councillor Eddie Lavery - Personal - Councillor Edward Lavery declared a Personnel Interest in Cabinet Agenda Item 9 – Schools Budget 2011/12 because he is a Governor of Ruislip High School. He remained in the room and took part in discussions on the item.
