• Councillor Tony Burles - Non Pecuniary - Councillor Tony Burles declared a non-pecuniary interest in agenda item 5 as he was on the Management Board of the Citizen’s Advice Bureau in Hillingdon. Councillor Burles remained in the room but did not participate in the discussion on this item.
