Area:  The former Urban District of Uxbridge, and elsewhere in the London Borough of Hillingdon.

Term of office: 4 years (will not run alongside the Council election periods)

The following order of priority: (1) for the benefit of old persons residing in the area of the former urban district of Uxbridge; (2) for the benefit of such persons residing elsewhere in the London Borough Hillingdon; (3) for any charitable purposes for the general benefit of the inhabitants of the said London borough.
