Continued use of temporary classroom accommodation, comprising a two storey building of 1,600sq.m, for a further temporary period of 3 years (as previously approved in planning permission ref: 2082/APP/2014/600 dated 08-05-2014).

RESOLVED: That the application be approved.

 

Minutes:

Officers introduced the report and provided an overview of the application. Planning permission was sought for the continued use of temporary classroom accommodation, comprising a two storey building of 1,600sq.m, for a further temporary period of three years (as previously approved in planning permission reference 2082/APP/2014/600 on 8 May 2014).

 

Officers made a recommendation for approval.

 

The officer's recommendation was moved, seconded, and when put to a vote, unanimously agreed.

 

RESOLVED: That the application be approved.

RESOLVED - The s106 agreements were varied as per the Officer's recommendation.

Minutes:

Officers introduced item 8 which included a variation of s106 agreements. Officers highlighted the addendum and made a recommendation for the s106 agreements to be varied.

 

Members clarified that the variation would mean that the affordable housing would be transferred to the British Legion site, in addition to benefiting from securing houses rather than flats. Officers confirmed that this was the case.

 

The officer's recommendation was moved, seconded, and when put to a vote, unanimously agreed.
