Request for double yellow lines at Lowdell Close

We the undersigned petition Hillingdon Council to place double yellow lines at the entry to Lowdell Close, on both sides of the road.

Some residents of Lowdell Close have requested these parking restrictions, due the lack of visibility when entering or exiting Lowdell Close. This section of the close often attracts the parking of vans, as well as cars, and some residents fear it is an accident waiting to happen, as drivers are unable to position themselves on the left hand side of the road when exiting.

On reaching 20 signatures it will be formally considered by the Council and relevant Cabinet Member. Local ward Councillors will also be made aware of the petition. The Council's Democratic Services Team will keep the lead petitioner updated on progress.
