To hear the Call-In of any decisions made at the Cabinet meeting prior to this meeting or made by Cabinet Members, other Council Committees or a delegated officer and published within five working days of this meeting.
Members should bring their Cabinet agenda to the meeting.
Members should consider any other decision published in the five working days before this meeting.
The purpose of this meeting is to decide whether to refer back any decision to the decision maker.

Members sought clarification on the following items on the Cabinet agenda:
i) Item 6, Better Care Fund Plan Section 57 Agreement: - relating to Page 57 of the report in the Cabinet agenda, 1.15 (b) - the committee enquired what percentage of users of Adult Social Care was being sought (through survey) to have found it easy to access the information referred to. How long had the survey been running, had there been previous surveys to benchmark against and what was the measure of improvement being sought?
ii) Item 8, Council Budget - relating to page 162, paragraph 30 - the Committee requested more information on the nature of the planned initiatives referred to in this paragraph for managing down the reported pressure on the budget for Looked After Children.

Minutes:
Members sought clarification on a few items on the Cabinet agenda. After careful consideration of the remaining matters, the Committee decided not to call-in any decision made by the Cabinet at their meeting, held earlier in the evening.
RESOLVED: –
That the decisions made by the Cabinet at their meeting on 19 May 2016 be endorsed and that no call-in be made of any decision.
