1.	Appointment of Chairman and Vice-Chairman Minutes: RESOLVED: That: Councillor Philip Corthorne be elected Chairman of the Pensions Committee for the municipal year 2011/2012; and Councillor Michael Markham be elected as Vice-Chairman of the Pensions Committee for the municipal year 2011/2012.
