An apology for absence was received from Councillor Money.

It was noted that all the employees mentioned in the report were known to the Members through their employment with the Council.

It was confirmed that the following items would be considered in Part II.

Members gave consideration to the annual review of salary for the Chief Executive, Deputy Chief Executive and Corporate Director posts. The review was based on performance for the 2017/18 and 2018/19 financial years.

RESOLVED: That:

a)     the whole job rating for each officer be noted and,

b)     the incremental movement for each officer, as set out in the report, be approved.
