Declaration of Interest in Matters coming before this meeting Minutes: Councillors Higgins, Yarrow, Bridges, Harmsworth, Curling, Riley and Mr Tony Little declared non-pecuniary interests in Cabinet Agenda Item 13 – School Capital Programme Update because they were School Governors. They remained in the room and took part in the discussions.

That the decisions made by Cabinet at their meeting on 14 February 2013 are endorsed and that no call-in would be made of any decision.
The Committee did not request further information from officers on any matters on the Cabinet agenda.
