Application to vary Premises Licence
DECISION
1. The Sub-Committee Agreed to the variation of the licence in respect of the sale of alcohol, late night refreshment and opening hours subject to the timing conditions listed below in table format:
2. The Sub-Committee Refused the variation in respect of regulated entertainment following confirmation. Therefore, the conditions with regard to regulated entertainment shall not be varied or extended. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes the provision of live music, recorded music, and provision of facilities for dancing.
This does not include late night refreshment and supply of alcohol.
