Minutes:

Councillor Janet Gardner declared a personal interest in item 5, as the application in respect of 'Paramount Fruiterers' was in her ward. Councillor Gardner withdrew from the room and did not take part in the decision of the item.

Refusal of Street Trading Licences

Minutes:

The Sub-Committee noted that all outstanding documentation had been submitted by the applicants listed below.  Additionally, it was noted that the Street Scene Enforcement Team no longer objected to the issuing of Shop Front Licences and Tables and Chairs Licences as applied for; with the exception of the application in relating to Rumbling Tum Café.

 

It was noted that the application for a Shop Front Licence for Hearts and Flowers had been withdrawn.
