Renewal of Temporary Street Trading Licence - Pitch Minutes: The Sub-Committee noted that all relevant documentation required for the application for the renewal of a Temporary Street Trading Pitch Licence listed in the officer’s report was in order.
Resolved –
That the renewal of the Temporary Street Trading Pitch Licence – (Pitch) be issued for the period of 6 months from the date of the meeting to the premise listed below:

Renewal of Permanent Street Trading Pitch Licences Minutes: The Sub-Committee noted that all relevant documentation required for the applications for the renewal of Permanent Street Trading Pitch Licences listed in the officer’s report were in order.
It was noted that FPump Lane was located in Townfield Ward and not Botwell Ward as stated in the report.
Resolved –
That the renewal of the Permanent Street Trading Pitch Licences – (Pitch) be issued for a period of 1 year from 1st April 2011 to the premises listed below:
