There were no apologies for absence.

Councillor Andrew Retter declared a personal interest in Item 6 Christmas Events in Northwood Hills, Temporary Pitch Street Trading License, as a resident and a member of Northwood Hills Residents Association and remained in the meeting whilst the item was discussed.

It was confirmed that all items would be considered in public.

The Chairman agreed to take a report on a temporary street licence for an event in Ruislip Manor as urgent as the event was to take place on 13 November 2010.

The Sub-Committee received a report on an application requesting that the Temporary Shop Front Trading Licence previously approved be revised.

Resolved –

That a temporary pitch street trading licence of the trader below be revised for the remainder of the current period to change the named licensee to that of the assistant & the assistant with that of the licensee.

Ruislip Flower Stall - Area fronting 142 High Street Ruislip

The sub-committee received a report on new applications for temporary pitch street trading licences for Christmas events in Ruislip Manor, Northwood Hills and Ruislip.

Resolved –

That temporary pitch street trading licences for the traders identified in Annexure 1 be issued for one day for each community event:-

Be issued for one day being the 13/11/2010 for the Ruislip Manor Christmas Event.

Be issued for one day being the 27/11/2010 for the Northwood Hill Christmas Event.

Be issued for one day being the 27/11/2010 for the Ruislip Christmas Event.

The committee received a report setting out the details of a licence application received for the renewal of a temporary shop front street trading licence.

Resolved - That the temporary shop front street trading licence be renewed for a period of 6 months for the follow shop:-

Scentsational - 49 Swakeleys Road Ickenham for the display of Flowers & Plants

The Sub-Committee received a report requesting a temporary shop front street trading licence be revised for the remaining period of the current licence by replacing the named of the assistant Mr Ragueer Lakmani to Mr Paramjeet Singh Talwar

Resolved - That the temporary shop front street trading licence of the applicant identified below be revised for the remaining period of the current licence by replacing the named assistant Mr Ragueer Lakmani to Mr Paramjeet Singh Talwar

The sub-committee received a report on a new application for temporary pitch street trading licences.

Resolved - That temporary pitch street trading licences for the traders identified in Annexure 1 of the report be APPROVED for one day that being the 13 November 2010.
