Declarations of Interest in matters coming before this meeting Minutes: Councillor Janet Gardner declared a personal interest in items 5 & 6 (Temporary Street Trading Licences (Shop Front) for Siragro & Ocean Superstore -147 & 153 North Hyde Road, Hayes), as a neighbouring Ward Councillor. She remained in the room and voted on these items.

PDF 118 KB Minutes: In introducing the report, officers advised that the application had been recommended for refusal, due to the outstanding enforcement action in respect of unlicensed street trading at the premises. A further visit on 21 September 2011 by officers from the Investigations Team resulted in the applicant being issued with an additional fixed penalty notice for trading without the necessary street trading licence (shop front). It was noted however, that the applicant had subsequently resolved all outstanding enforcement issues satisfactorily prior to this meeting. Officers therefore recommended the application for approval. The Sub-Committee considered the application for a Temporary Street Trading Licence (Shop Front) in respect of Siragro, 147 North Hyde Road, Hayes, and was satisfied that officers had confirmed that the applicant had resolved all outstanding enforcement issues. Resolved That the applications for a Temporary Street Trading Licence (Shop Front) be granted for a period of three months in respect of Siragro, 147 North Hyde Road, Hayes, from the date of this meeting.

PDF 56 KB Minutes: Officers advised that all the required documents had been received and were satisfactory. The Sub-Committee considered the application for a Temporary Street Trading Licence (Shop Front) in respect of Ocean Superstore, 153 North Hyde Road, Hayes, and agreed to grant the Licence for a shorter period of three months. Resolved That the applications for a Temporary Street Trading Licence (Shop Front) be granted for a period of three months in respect of Ocean Superstore, 150 North Hyde Road, Hayes, from the date of this meeting.

Resolved That the applications for a Temporary Street Trading Licence (Tables and Chairs) be granted for a period of six months in respect of Costa Coffee, 153 Field End Road, Eastcote from the date of this meeting.
