PDF 38 KB Minutes: Members considered an application submitted by Savoir Fayre Ltd, in respect of a Market Licence for a temporary street market located in High Street, Uxbridge on Sunday 29September 2013 as part of the Big Fest Street Arts Festival. The Council’s Licensing Officer, Sharon Garner, confirmed that there would be a maximum of 15 stalls and no objections had been put forward. Members were concerned that the list of traders had not been submitted. Ms Garner informed the Committee that this list would be circulated two weeks prior to the event taking place. Members agreed an extra condition be added to the decision. RESOLVED: That the Sub-Committee grant the licence in full as per the officer report subject to Licensing Services receiving a full list of all traders for the market (to be a maximum of 15) in accordance with the Council’s Street Trading and Markets Policy no later than 5.00 pm on 13 September 2013.
