Broadcasting of Planning Committee Meetings

Please note that the Council may live video broadcast Planning Committee meetings when considering planning applications at the Civic Centre in Uxbridge. This is to increase resident engagement in local democracy.

Whilst cameras will be aimed at the Councillors making the decisions, they will also film, record and make public any statements by people with valid speaking rights during the meeting, which may include the applicant, their agent and also any lead petition organiser speaking. Generally, the cameras will not capture people attending to solely observe proceedings in the public gallery.

Anyone is welcome to watch a Planning Committee meeting live, or archived after the event, on the Council's YouTube channel: Hillingdon London.
