Councillor Steve Tuckwell - Non Pecuniary - Councillor Tuckwell declared a non-pecuniary interest in respect of item 8, Bourne Court, as he had previously held discussions with petitioners, as well and local residents regarding the site.
Councillor Tuckwell advised he would turn off his camera and mute his microphone when the item was considered, and would therefore take no part in the discussion or vote for the item.
