• Councillor Adam Bennett - Non Pecuniary - Councillor Adam Bennett declared a non-pecuniary interest with regard to items 8 and 9 in that he knew the petitioner. Councillor Bennett recused himself from the room for the duration of items 8 and 9 and did not take part in the vote.
