Meets 4 times a year – Jan, April, July, Oct at 5.30pm in the Civic Centre (there are also other additional meetings which Governors are encouraged to attend but are not a formal requirement).
Paragraph 13 of our Constitution requires appointed governors to have a term of office for up to three years, however the Council would be able to reappoint their nominee for additional terms (eg of a further one year to align this with the next Council election)
