Application for a Review of a Premises Licence - Costcutter, 10-12 Coldharbour Lane, Hayes, UB3 3EW Minutes: The Chairman thanked everyone for attending. Mrs Beejal Soni, the Sub Committee's Legal Advisor, stated that concerns had been raised regarding information that had been provided to Members. It was suggested that this information could affect the Sub Committee's decision making role. To this end, it was agreed that it would be in the interest of all parties for the meeting to be cancelled and for a new meeting to be constituted on 22 April 2016.
The Chairman advised that he was very disappointed and felt that it was wholly unacceptable that there had been an error in the technical evidence presented.
RESOLVED: That the meeting be rescheduled to be considered by a new Sub Committee on Friday 22 April 2016. |
