COVID-19: Temporary Planning Petition Scheme changes - written representations in lieu of physical speaking rights pdf icon PDF 86 KB

Following UK Government advice to avoid all but essential travel and to practice social distancing, the Sub-Committee will consider suspending the usual physical public speaking rights at Planning Committee Meetings during the coronavirus pandemic. The proposal is that written and/or visual representations will be invited and read out / presented in lieu. This will be a temporary change to Hillingdon’s established petitions process whilst the Council holds virtual planning committee meetings.
