Make documentation readily available for any Council-run schemes or initiatives.

We the undersigned petition Hillingdon Council to Make documentation relating to any Council-run schemes and initiatives readily available and accessible either via the Council website or when requested from the relevant teams within a maximum of 5 working days. This information should be accurate and free from ambiguity. The relevant teams should also have a clear understanding on any schemes running and be able to provide accurate information to residents.

LBH are unable or unwilling to provide accurate documentation relating to their Discount Market Sale process. I have met others who have also been provided incorrect information, this shows a clear lack of understanding within the organisation of their own Council-run schemes and is unfair on the residents impacted.

On reaching 100 signatures it will be formally considered by the Council and relevant Cabinet Member. Democratic Services Team will keep the lead petitioner updated on progress.
