Petition in Objection to Planning Application 60130/APP/2021/2463 - 59 Elm Avenue, Eastcote

We the undersigned petition Hillingdon Council to reject Planning Application Ref: 60130/APP/2021/2463 59 Elm Avenue, Eastcote.

As with the previous application the main objections remain:

• the building will dominate the street scene of both Elm Avenue and Oak Grove and is not in keeping with adjacent properties,
• takes away family housing to provide six flats with cramped accommodation, both internally and externally,
• parking for only two cars on the forecourt will increase on-street parking and congestion elsewhere,
• traffic and pedestrian safety remains compromised at the busy junction of Elm Avenue, Oak Grove and Lime Grove.

On reaching 20 signatures it may be considered in conjunction with the relevant live planning application at an upcoming Committee meeting. The Council's Democratic Services Team will be in touch with the lead petitioner to advise and take this petition forward accordingly.
